• 7:00 PM – Doors Open
• 7:30 PM – Conversation with Annette
(Refreshments and snacks provided!)
Singapore-based Annette Lee is part of a new wave of digital creators making the leap to the big screen. Following the theatrical release of her debut feature, Dream Stall, in Singapore and Malaysia, Annette is bringing her film to the West Coast! She will be at UVC's Blue House for an up-close conversation about her journey from content creator to filmmaker.
Annette will share her personal journey of what it takes to turn a digital creative voice into a feature film, the challenges and surprises of making a debut feature, and the role of faith in her storytelling. Annette hopes to use comedy to offer a refreshing perspective on faith, not as a rigid rulebook, but as something warm and inviting.
Come for an engaging evening of creativity, humor, and storytelling!
